Important Information
Dear Colleagues,
We have prepared an international workshop in Nikolaev on November 16-19, but unfortunately epidemic situation with influenza in Ukraine is very hard and unclear up today. We have a very special juridical situation with arrangement of the Workshop. We mean the official decision and laws issued by our government. Nikolaev region is not under quarantine, but the Ukrainian government has issued a decree on the prohibition of all the public arrangements all over Ukraine for three weeks and probably more. So, the planning conference is within these dates.
That is why we have to change the workshop date. The workshop will be held at the spring of next year (probably second half of May 2010).
We are sincerely apologizing for these unpleasant events and unexpected problems with the Workshop.
In any case we hope to meeting you in Nikolaev in the second half of May 2010!
